About the Institution:
We are a reputable further education provider seeking a skilled and experienced freelance tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our Advanced Diploma in Travel Management and Tourism students. As a valued member of our academic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of tomorrow's business leaders.


Job Summary:
We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as a freelance tutor, delivering Travel and Tourism modules from Foundations year to post graduate level. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, assessing student work, and providing pastoral support to ensure students achieve their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials.

  • - Plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs

  • - Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work

  • - Provide pastoral support and guidance to students

  • - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate relevant examples into teaching practice

  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • - Experience of using virtual learning environments (VLEs) and digital technologies
