CRAS Staff Benefits Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines the benefits provided to CRAS employees to promote wellbeing, job satisfaction, and retention. It applies to all permanent staff unless otherwise stated.
1. Holiday Pay

Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid annual leave, plus UK public holidays.

Additional leave may be granted for long service milestones or special occasions (e.g., birthdays).
2. Sick Pay
CRAS offers enhanced sick pay:

Full pay for up to 8 weeks during illness.

Half pay for an additional 4 weeks, subject to management approval.
