Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Specialist with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to generate revenue and attract new clients. This role is commission-based only, ideal for someone who thrives on performance and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive enrolments and partnerships.

  • Identify and secure new clients and institutional collaborations.

  • Manage digital campaigns (social media, email, paid ads) to maximise lead generation.

  • Build CRAS’s brand presence across education and industry networks.

  • Report on revenue growth and conversion metrics.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales-driven marketing or business development.

  •  Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and hit revenue targets.

  • Familiarity with UK education and training sector is an advantage.
